The Company "Liakopoulos Imports" and the distinguishing title "Liakopoulos" (hereinafter "Company", "Processor", "……(d.t.)……", "we") in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (EE) 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR"), Law 4624/2019 and, in general, the relevant legislation on personal data protection, in the capacity of Data Controller, wishes through this Notice to inform the natural persons who visit the website of (hereinafter "Data Subject", "you") for the processing of their personal data.

I. What personal data do we collect, for what purposes and what are the corresponding legal bases

4.    Buy products (site)

Visitors can purchase products from our online store either having created an account or as visitors.

With account: Name, full billing address, contact phone, optional mobile phone, area and fax, any other information included in the notes field that contains personal data.

As a guest: all of the above, email address.

In any case, if the shipping address is different from the billing address, it will collect the recipient's full name, full mailing address, optionally, the Company name.

If the payment is made by credit card, they will collect: card number, expiry date, verification code (CVV2/CVC2), holder's name, email.

In the event that an invoice is selected as the type of document, the name of the business, its VAT number, profession and D.O.Y. will be collected. to which it belongs.

5.    Social Plugins

Through the specific plugins, we can only access publicly shared information on the respective social networking platforms. The operation of the plugins is governed by the terms of the Privacy Policy of the respective platform.

Article 6 para. 1 para. a GDPR: the consent of the Data Subject, consisting of an explicit positive action by the user (selection of the respective social networking icon that takes the user to the corresponding platform).

 II.For how long we keep your personal data
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary based on the purpose for which it was collected, as described in section I, unless otherwise required by law.

Upon completion of the prescribed retention period your data will be irrevocably deleted or securely destroyed according to clearly defined standards and specifications under the responsibility of the Controller.

ΙΙΙ.To whom we disclose and/or transmit your personal data
Our Company discloses your personal data to its authorized employees.

In addition, we may transfer the data collected through this website:

1.    To entities, which are entrusted with the execution of specific tasks such as, indicatively but not limited to, providers of IT products and/or services and/or support of all kinds of information and electronic systems and networks, marketing companies, consulting companies. The specific entities provide sufficient assurances for the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures, in such a way that the data processing is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR and the relevant legislation on personal data protection.

2.    To third parties, who undertake to provide you with services on our behalf, such as, but not limited to, transport companies.

3.    To supervisory, independent, judicial, prosecutorial, public and/or other authorities or bodies or parties that have been assigned control/monitoring of the Company's activities within the framework of their responsibilities.

ΙV.Your Rights
 The General Data Protection Regulation provides a range of rights and options, which we undertake to satisfy. So you can ask us:

·       to inform you about the data we hold about you and how we process it. If you wish, we will also provide you with a copy at no cost to you. (Access right)

·      correct inaccuracies or errors, fill in gaps or update your data; (Right to rectification)

·      to delete data, as long as we do not keep it for a specific, legal and stated purpose. (Right to be forgotten or Right to erasure)

·      to suspend the processing a) while you dispute the accuracy of the data, b) if you consider the processing illegal (but do not wish to delete it), c) when the data is not necessary for the purpose of the processing and d) for as long as it is under dispute whether the reasons for which we are processing your data outweigh those you invoke to permanently stop this processing.

·      to object at any time for reasons concerning you to the processing of personal data carried out by us in particular for the purposes of direct marketing or profiling. The objection may, in particular, concern your compliance with a decision made by us by automated means. In the latter case, you can request that we allow you to intervene. (Right to object – Automated individual decision-making)

·      to provide you with your data in a specific format (usually machine-readable) or to transfer it directly to another controller at your request, if, of course, this is technically possible and always under the conditions set by law. (Right to portability).

·      to no longer process your data, giving you the possibility to freely withdraw the consent (consent) you have given us.

Our Company will satisfy all your requests within one (1) month. In extremely rare cases, where it is almost impossible for us to satisfy your rights, we will inform you immediately explaining the reasons for our relative impossibility.

In case you consider that the current Legislative Framework for the protection of your Personal Data is violated, you reserve the right to submit a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
